I specialize in Holistic Spiritual Coaching. I offer Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, Personal Life & Spiritual Coaching for consciousness kindling, discovering hidden information and moving through blocks such as fears, trauma and limited beliefs in order to achieve goals.
You may not even know how to express the troubles you face or the goals you would like to reach. That is the first part of what we do to get started.
Conscious Point sessions are customized especially for each client and generally Hypnotherapy sessions are 1.5-2 hrs long giving time needed to keep momentum. You will also receive a detailed astrology report when working with me.

Conscious Point Hypnotherapy sessions are a journey into your inner world. I apply tools that will bolster your strength and confidence as we navigate to achieving desired results.
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic practice using a state of deep relaxation to delve into the mysteries of our subconscious mind for therapeutic purposes. A trained hypnotherapist assists by guiding their client into a deeply relaxed state in order to access the inner knowledge beneath the surface bringing it into awareness for further processing.
Hypnotherapy can be used to break unwanted patterns of behavior, relieve pain and stress, gain confidence, discover insight... and so much more.
PAST LIFE REGRESSION
PLR is a technique that uses hypnosis to regress or progress to memory of another lifetime of your soul. When appropriate, I use PLR and energy work to assist in opening pathways to memories and perspectives.
