Step 3 - Protect
- Ensuring tenant compliance with the lease conditions
- Conducting 5 inspections a year, all included in our pricing
- Completing preventive maintenance and responding to tenant requests promptly and cost-effectively through our 20+ verified vendors
- Reporting to landlord on property condition, financial ledger, trust accounting and lease violations
Step 4 - Renew
- Reviewing tenant performance towards the end of the lease and recommending path forward
- Completing property evaluations during and at the end of the lease
- Executing lease renewal or re-listing property in case of move-out
Our Indicative Pricing:
Setup - $250 one-time
Leasing - 1/2 month's rent
Management - 8-10% of monthly rent
Renewals - $300 flat fee

Our Guarantees:
- 30-day Guarantee: We find a tenant in 30 days, or waive the first month's management fee
- Eviction Guarantee: We pay up to $1,000 towards the cost of an eviction
- On-Time Rent Guarantee: We send the rent to you within 10 business days
- Happiness Guarantee: We let you cancel the agreement within the first 90 days if you are not happy
- Pet Guarantee: We pay up to $2,000 towards pet damage
- Leasing Guarantee: We will find you a new tenant for free if the one we placed leaves within 9 months
- Results Guarantee: We don't get paid until you get paid
