The Mental Game

Introduction: I have been working with athletes and business people for 35+ years. Athletes have gone to the Olympics and played professionally. Business people have exceeded their expectations. If you want to be your best, then learn from those who have achieved greatness in their sport or business. I failed as an athlete at all levels from high school to the pros, but I was such a good athlete my failures were all mental. I love helping others not experience what I went through. To live a life without regret. I walked away from sports because I didn't think I was good enough. I want people to understand that they can be the best they can be using mental training.
