Choosing Jim Oakley and Emerald State Roofing for our home project was one of the best decisions weve made.We had reached out to several big contractors, but their prices were so high that we considered waiting to get the work done at a lower cost. Then we met Jim his communication was outstanding from start to finish. He even took the initiative to work directly with our HOA, which made the whole process effortless for us. True to his word, he completed everything on time and exactly as promised.More than that, Jim talks to you like a good neighbor and a genuinely caring person. I can honestly say Ive never met someone who takes the time to guide you on how to take care of your home and prevent future problems. Ill absolutely go with him again next time and will be recommending him to my friends too.

Very happy to meet Jim Oakley and have Emerald State replaced our roof. They are Certainteed certified shinglemaster, which is the type of roof in my neighborhood (required by HOA). From our first meeting, we found Jim to be super personable, experienced and honest roofer. It is like interacting with a good friend. His quote was very reasonable as we had 4 other quotes. Communication and planning was totally smooth. His crew led by Adan is equally stellar. They are friendly, proficient and meticulous. At the end of each day, they would diligently sweep for nail and tidy up. We appreciate their professionalism. We now got a fantastic looking roof. I will not hesitate to recommend Jim and Emerald State Roofing to all my friends if they have any roof issue. Such a treat to have a friendly, competent and honest roofer.

I had a great experience with Emerald State Roofing. Jim was fantastic in helping diagnose a roof leak that was causing damage to my home.While there were some scheduling challenges, Jim was proactive and put in a patch to mitigate the issue temporarily.He was very cordial and friendly throughout the entire process, making it easy to work with him.He made sure to get a crew out quickly to fix and replace the affected area.I really appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and commitment to getting the job done right.Highly recommend!
