Todd and Jim were super responsive to all my questions and concerns when it came to my new roof. I'm a former general contractor specializing in middle to high-end remodels. I changed career paths years ago and now work for Windermere real estate in Kirkland. I met Todd about the time I changed careers. For the last 14 years, Todd and his crew have done stellar work for my clients at my recommendation for more than a fair price. He just recently did work for me personally. I have an eye for detail and I'm usually disappointed by vendors. When I came home from the office after the job was done, I was thrilled. It looked so great, the metal work was incredible. It took a little bit to get the job scheduled but busy companies are always juggling schedules considering other vendors' schedules and material procurement...just trying to please all their customers. I'm not easy to please, but Emerald State has been there for me and my clients for 14 years and counting.

Ive worked with Jim and Todd at Emerald State for several years now. I cannot say enough about these two gentleman and this company. My first experience was with Emerald State replacing my own roof in 2020. I did my homework and looked at 3 companies. I was blown away by the process that Jim went through with me from drone views to products they use and why as well as explaining all of the warranty information. All of this and their price was the most reasonable. I have referred them now to several friends and clients and will continue to do so. I am a Real Estate agent myself and its imperative that I refer a company that will be honest with my clients, give them good information and options and provide amazing customer service during and after the fact. These guys hit the mark on all fronts!
