Choosing Jim Oakley and Emerald State Roofing for our home project was one of the best decisions weve made.We had reached out to several big contractors, but their prices were so high that we considered waiting to get the work done at a lower cost. Then we met Jim his communication was outstanding from start to finish. He even took the initiative to work directly with our HOA, which made the whole process effortless for us. True to his word, he completed everything on time and exactly as promised.More than that, Jim talks to you like a good neighbor and a genuinely caring person. I can honestly say Ive never met someone who takes the time to guide you on how to take care of your home and prevent future problems. Ill absolutely go with him again next time and will be recommending him to my friends too.
