- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we prefer simple pricing that makes a profit but is in line with market pricing. Customer is always free to go to a competitor but that is unlikely once they have tried us
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Renue Systems provides ongoing training and product information, this keeps us informed of new products and with 30 offices in the US gives us all access to the latest in technology and product information
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Coming from an aviation background the planning and logistics side appealed to me. I wanted to offer a product that is needed and usually appreciated as well as being a "partner" to busy commercial estabilishments
