Introduction: I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor. I practice integrative holistic health including nutrition, homeopathy, stress management, lifestyle, supplements, and herbs. Functional medicine addresses the root cause of disease, symptoms, and ailments. As a Functional Nutrition Counselor I do not believe in protocols or one sized fits all approaches. I look at lab work, genetic reports, as well as a thorough health questionnaire to find a resolution to the root cause. I have a 100% client success rate. The thing I love most about what I do is seeing my clients get their quality of life back! I am a "trauma-informed" practitioner and provide a safe space for all.
