- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I'm not cooking I enjoy watching Food Network shows learning different techniques, learning different foods and how they're prepared. I also do a lot of research and reading in magazines/books keeping up with the latest trends. Also attending farmers markets and food events across the state.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That I'm passionate about what I do! It's a joy to share the food that I grew up on and share with people from all walks of life!
