FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and depends on the type and scope of the work. I typically provide free estimates so you know the cost upfront before anything begins. Small repairs are often quoted as flat-rate jobs, while larger projects are priced based on materials and labor. I believe in fair, transparent pricing with no surprise fees. If there are ways to save money on the project, I’ll always point them out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by asking a few quick questions or reviewing photos of the project to understand the scope. If needed, I schedule a time to come take a look in person and provide a free, upfront estimate. Once approved, I schedule the work at a time that works best for the customer and communicate clearly about timing and expectations. During the job, I focus on clean, efficient work and keep the customer updated. After completion, I make sure everything is cleaned up and the customer is satisfied before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in residential construction and home repair, including carpentry, drywall, remodeling, and general maintenance. Most of my training has come from real-world job sites, working on a variety of home projects from small repairs to larger renovations. Over time, I’ve developed strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of quality workmanship, safety, and finishing details. I continue to improve my skills with each project I take on.
