- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It can be difficult to predict unknown obstacles, every home is different, and presents unique challenges. Before the project begins Labor cost is calculated by time and cost of living in current market conditions. Homeowners get the lowest cost we can afford to provide our services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an estimate. Which involves on most projects; meeting on site to go over the customer’s needs how we can best accomplish their vision. What works great is pictures of other similar projects, the clearer of a picture we have of the project, the more accurate the estimate. Customers will receive a written detailed estimate the same or next day. Once the customer reviews the information, they authorize the work order and we schedule a day based on their availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the National Center for Construction Technology and Research and completed The Construction Technology, Building maintenance, Carpentry Level 1 and 2, Home Weatherization Programs. I also earned an AS Degree in Business from Coastline Community College
