Oscar is an exceptional professional I will recommend to all my friends and relatives. I hired him to do a project and I am a happy camper all the way with him. Oscar was an absolute pleasure to work with! From his timely response, to his accommodating schedule, to the final blue prints, he was nothing short of professional and easy to work with. Knowing nothing more than knowing I needed to submit a blue print to the city, Oscar handled all the details so I didn't have to think twice about it.
