I am excited that you are investing in your dreams and health. As a former Division I basketball player, women's professional football player and all around athlete, I specialize in not only the physical aspect of basketball training, but I also train in the mental and emotional skills needed to be consistently great at any level.
I prepare athletes to win at the game of life by training and instilling mental, physical and emotional habits of success.
I offer shooting, ball handling, passing, sport specific agility, etc. and overall applicable game knowledge for your athlete in each session.
In addition to physical workouts to do on your own, I would also give you exercises to build your mind, confidence, and life skills (if you request this specialized training).

The coaching really focuses on the fundamentals and helping the young athletes develop a good base to grow. As well as the coaching is very experienced as a prior NCAA basketball player and can help mentor the athletes through the difficulties of getting recruited later on. Highly recommend
