They were here when they said they would be here. The installation looks great! I would highly recommend them as other carpet installers say they will come out and never showed up.

I could not asked for a better experience. I was in a bind to get some carpets replaced for a home appraisal and they came to the rescue. They even allowed me the option to purchase my own carpets. They were on time and were very efficient and professional. Their pricing was far less than others quoted. I will be hiring them again soon to finish the rest of the house! Thanks Guys!

Everything happened as planned go from the visit and the quote and then scheduling the work. The crew showed up on time and did everything we agreed on, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job.

Customer of ours said the install looks good but needs a lot of cleaning, glue stains that needs to take out. Customer stated they left hurriedly and cleaned a bit. Lots of marks on the floor. It seemed to be a rush job per our customer.
Installers phone died, so they were late a few hours. Our other guys were on site waiting for this install to happen so they can get appliances all installed for customer. That did not happen, and will need to go back additional days to have that done.
Their responsiveness at the beginning was fairly quick, but when we asked for there w9 and lic, they just told us to go look it up.
Customer said they were polite and was respectful on site.
They did not finish the carpet that was suppose to be done.
Punctuality was late, but stuff happens and phone dies.
I think that the pricing was reasonable.

They were very great to work with. Very nice, responsive, quick, and great quality. Will definitely recommend to others as well as use again myself for future projects.
