I can’t say enough about the guys I worked with. In less than 24 hours I had the nicest young man at my home inspecting everything - he was honest and told me that he didn’t find anything to be concerned about! I had what looked like flea bites- turns out it’s not bugs and is likely a reaction to something. I didn’t get forced into a contract I didn’t need.
