Our home suffered a pipe leak that caused serious damage to the first floor. We needed mold remediation, new kitchen walls, new cabinets, and new floors. We received multiple bids from many different companies around Seattle but could not locate one that could do the entire job. It became clear that it would be a nightmare coordinating among the different companies for different portions of the job. Puget Sound Builders was the only company that was both responsive and could do the entire job. Matt helped us work out a plan that would fit within our budget, and although it was about 10K more than other bids, we decided to choose Puget Sound Builders due to their ability complete the entire job, and their stellar reputation.Overall, we are happy with the end result.Puget Sound Builders really will go the extra mile, within reason, to make sure you are a happy customer. Matt Choen was a tremendous asset to the project and helped keep things on track and made sure that all of our requests were being met. We stayed in our home during the renovation and witnessed the work first hand each day.Matt deserve to be commended for keeping things running as smoothly as possible. expected, and I would highlyrecommend Puget Sound Builders to anyone requiring a major renovation project for their homekitchen.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt and his team since March of 2020 when we purchased our first home. We had a brand new structured beam installed, dry wall, and interior paint done before we moved in post inspection call outs. Since, we had asked Matt and his team to build some storage space for us in our detached garage as there werent any as well as repainted our patio deck, barn door, and installed posts to hang patio lights. With all that we have done, Matt and his team were very cordial and were a delight to work with. They were very quick to respond, he worked with us on providing the right guys that were within our budget, suggested things to us that we didnt have expertise in and werent looking at, and you could always text him and his guys any time post projects. Great professional guys and I dont think wed go through anyone else with the resources Matt has through his team,. Highly recommend them.
