- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You should know that the pricing depends on the project. For example, picture hanging, art, mirrors, TV mounts ,furniture assembly are charge by the hour.Other projects like painting and repairs are charge by SQF or the size of the project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small projects we can arrange an hourly rate, for bigger projects we need to schedule a visit (free estimate) and look at the project and see what's need to be done, materials and give a quote.
