Pricing is based on the scope, complexity, and time required for each project. Estimates are provided upfront whenever possible. Additional work outside the original scope is discussed and approved before proceeding. I focus on fair, transparent pricing—no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I review the project details and ask any clarifying questions if needed. I then provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once scheduled, I arrive on time, complete the work carefully and efficiently, test everything before finishing, and clean up the workspace. Communication is maintained throughout the process so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience across a wide range of home improvement and handyman services, including appliance installation, furniture assembly, drywall repair, light electrical, plumbing fixtures, and general home maintenance. My training comes from years of real-world projects, manufacturer instructions, and best practices focused on safety, durability, and quality workmanship.
