Exceed my expectations. Beautiful work and competitively priced. He replaced my kitchen counters and sink that I have been putting off attempting to do myself for months. Installed a beautiful outlet above the stove for an over the range convection microwave as well as augmenting the previous roof ventilation to fit it. He charged only $450 for 6 hours of work compared to quotes for $975 to do just the sink and counter.
I have been looking for someone like him to help with my home projects for years. He was available right away and was here the morning after I put in a request on Thumbtack for a handyman. I have already scheduled him again. Knowledgeable, professional and kind affect. I immediately trusted him and had no concern whatsoever having him work on my home while I was away. We manage a rental property remotely and hired Anthony from Smartan LLC to do a bunch of repairs and maintenance to prep for turning the property over at the end of the current tenants’ lease. He did everything from clean/stain the deck, to fix a running toilet, to fix a bathroom fan, to caulking, to replacing the front entrance stairway railing, among many other things! He was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Since we manage the property remotely it was also important that we could see some before/after photos which he always provided. Some work we paid by the hour and some work was done based on a quote — he stayed true to his quote and even went back free of charge to check on something he had previously worked on that had since been reported as broken again—but alas, it was indeed completely fine and he sent us videos to document. Anthony was there both when the property was occupied by tenants and after they vacated. The tenants informed me he was professional and the work is high quality. I can definitely recommend Anthony and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again!

Great handyman. On time and did the job well. One comment is that he did not remove the plastic of the vents from the side before installing it. That attention to detail will help in your next job. I would still hire him for other jobs but for installing the Vent, he did it on time and kept the kitchen clean.
