We had a fantastic experience with Mark and the team at Hardwood Plus for our carpet replacement. After seeking out multiple bids, we decided to go with Hardwood Plus for their competitive pricing and quality of workmanship. Mark was incredibly responsive, flexible and easy to work with. On installation day, the installer was on time and had the most impressive and efficient work ethic of anyone I've ever seen, completing four rooms, a loft and two stairwells in one day. We had recently painted, and both Mark and the installer had expressed that carpet installation can sometimes be rough on trim and might need touchup, but we didn't need to do any additional touchup. Installation was expertly done and looks beautiful. Would 100% recommend anyone looking for flooring, expertise and quality work.

I recently hired Hardwood Plus for a full flooring remodel in my 2,000 sq. ft. home, installing a combination of LVP and carpet throughout. I received quotes from 7 different companies I found on Yelp and Google. While their pricing was right in the middle of the range, two things truly set them apart.1.) My point of contact, Mark, was outstanding. He was extremely responsive and consistently communicated key updates, so I always knew what to expect at every stage of the project. For a remodel of this size, having someone reliable and proactive makes a huge difference in keeping the process smooth and stress-free.2.) The professionalism of the crew was impressive. The work was completed on schedule, the quality exceeded my expectations, and they left the home clean and organized when they finished. They estimated the project would take three days, which initially seemed ambitious to me, but they delivered exactly as promised.Overall, Im extremely satisfied with both the workmanship and the overall experience. If youre considering them, go with confidence.
