We had a fantastic experience with Mark and the team at Hardwood Plus for our carpet replacement. After seeking out multiple bids, we decided to go with Hardwood Plus for their competitive pricing and quality of workmanship. Mark was incredibly responsive, flexible and easy to work with. On installation day, the installer was on time and had the most impressive and efficient work ethic of anyone I've ever seen, completing four rooms, a loft and two stairwells in one day. We had recently painted, and both Mark and the installer had expressed that carpet installation can sometimes be rough on trim and might need touchup, but we didn't need to do any additional touchup. Installation was expertly done and looks beautiful. Would 100% recommend anyone looking for flooring, expertise and quality work.

We recently had new carpet installed by Hardwood Plus, and the entrie experience was outstanding. Mark, our project manager, was incredibly responsive and detail-oriented- he kept everything on track, his team was efficient, professional, and completed the work right on schedule. The installation itself was flawless, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We'll absolutely turn to Hardwood Plus again for any future flooring needs. Highly recommend!

I hired Hardwood Plus to replace about 3,500 sq ft of flooring (carpet + Laminate) in my home. We only had 5 days before moving, and they were able to finish everything on time. I had quoted 5 different companies, and at first I was a bit nervous since I found them on an app and they’re a small company. But Mark, the project manager, was patient, kept in touch, and made me feel I could really trust them. The carpet and Laminate they recommended fit perfectly with my existing engineered hardwood, and the transition looks seamless. The whole process was smooth, no hidden issues, and the final result looks beautiful. I’m so glad I chose them — highly recommend Hardwood Plus!
