I contacted Denis to fix a bathroom exhaust fan. He responded quickly, gave a reasonable estimate for the job, and finally did excellent work installing a new fan. Happy with the overall work and would highly recommend Denis to others for any electrical repair work at home!

Enjoyed working with Denis on a bedroom renovation that including removing an existing fire place, installing drywall, and installing LVP. Denis had excellent communication throughout the entire project. He also does electrical work which was convenient. End product was exactly what I envisioned and I am happy to have hired Denis.

We’re so glad we found Denis to install LVP on our whole house . After having 5 previous installers give us estimates, all involving total demolition of our flooring which we’re not willing to do, Denis instantly knew what’s to be done on our very uneven built 1907 floor. Half inch plywood underlayment! Simply genius ! And for the amount of craftsmanship, he gave us a detailed , transparent fair price. We are more than pleased with the result, now our floor is like walking on clouds barefoot! HIRE this guy!!! He’s amazing, takes pride in his work. Btw I highly recommend nucore luxury vinyl plank.

Dennis did a superb job updating our worn out carpets with LVP flooring. His responsiveness, work quality and value we're very appreciated. He replaced our living room, hallway, and four bedrooms and we're loving the new and very pet friendly upgrade! We would highly recommend Dennis!

I really wanted to like Dennis. He was a very nice person in general. However, he was very dishonest when it came to the price of his services. He listed his service fee at $100, waived if hired. I reached out to him directly asking what his per- hour rate was, and he said $60. This was reasonable. When we spoke on the phone and I outlined what needed to be done (troubleshooting a wire and replacing some outlets switches) Dennis did not mention anything about a service fee that was different than the per-hour rate we spoke about. I was prepared to pay either- $100 for the entire job, or $60per hour if it took longer. When he arrived, he fixed the issue fairly quickly, which we were grateful for. However, he was in a rush and didn’t do any of the other things we agreed upon (changing light switches and electric outlets). He charged a $200 service fee, which while taken aback, I ended up paying. When i messaged him to clarify afterwards, Dennis had multiple excuses for acting dishonestly, including making sarcastic comments about “it only took me 30minutes, would I just get $30 for a service call😅”. So not only did he not finish everything, he also overcharged us by $140+. I would recommend anyone hiring Dennis to get him to commit to a price upfront to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
