In other words they would not remove rodents unless they were visible. On inspection by “August” from Ace Crawlspace Pro LLC, he found multiple nests and burrowing in my insulation as well as evidence of feces and urine under my mobile home. August and his crew did an amazing job! They removed all contaminated items, sanitized everything under the home before closing up all gaps around the pipes. Metal mesh was used to protect from future “break ins” by these pests before replacing new insulation and a new vapor barrier. They even secured my loose skirting for even more protection as well as adding metal mesh to my dryer vent! I feel they went above and beyond something you don’t always see anymore and at a very reasonable price. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and had such great communication about the process. Such hard workers for sure.
Thank you Ace Crawlspace Pro LLC!
