Great work by August and team. I hired him for several properties to check the attic and crawlspace. He was very professional and met the tight timelines. He rodent proofed the home and mold treated the attic. This really helps with peace of mind which is invaluable. Highly recommend him for crawlspace and attic work!!

I hired Ace Crawlspace Pro LLC for rodent discovery and removal when my normal pest control company informed me they didn’t do “destructive discovery.” In other words they would not remove rodents unless they were visible. On inspection by “August” from Ace Crawlspace Pro LLC, he found multiple nests and burrowing in my insulation as well as evidence of feces and urine under my mobile home. August and his crew did an amazing job! They removed all contaminated items, sanitized everything under the home before closing up all gaps around the pipes. Metal mesh was used to protect from future “break ins” by these pests before replacing new insulation and a new vapor barrier. They even secured my loose skirting for even more protection as well as adding metal mesh to my dryer vent! I feel they went above and beyond something you don’t always see anymore and at a very reasonable price. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and had such great communication about the process. Such hard workers for sure. Thank you Ace Crawlspace Pro LLC!

Amazing work from these guys, called and asked to see if we can do an inspection. They came over checked everything out and explained what was going on and what they do. Within the same week they were on the job everything we questioned about the process, the issue, and the outcome was answered immediately. If anyone had a recommendation for mold experts these guys would be the first I would recommend to anyone thank you again fellas! I attached a couple photos from before and after.

August was very professional. He came and gave me the estimate on my attic & scheduled me quick to get the project done. He kept me updated on the process throughout the day. He & his crew cleaned up and left the place exactly how it was when they came. I received before and after pictures & they did amazing work. He will also be coming back to make sure no condensation is growing in the attic any longer. Since purchasing my home August is the only guy who actually did a thorough inspection and was able to provide me exactly what was happening in my attic. We highly recommend & will be having him do more projects at my home. Very family friendly.

August did an excellent job with the mold remediation in my attic caused by a leaky roof. He completed the work in about 4 hours and came back 2 hours later to double-check if any spots were missed. He showed me before and after pictures of the treatment, which helped me see the results. The quality of work was high and his price was reasonable. Very satisfied with his service!
