The sheet rock repair they did is uneven and the texture does not match. I provided them with rolled insulation and asked that they install it in the ceiling prior to fixing the sheet rock. They capped off the hole in the ceiling and noted the roller insulation hadn’t been opened. They assured me they installed the insulation even after I confronted them about the unopened insulation. A few minutes passed and they came outside and said there was a mistake installed the insulation.
