WORST MOVING COMPANY!!! The movers showed up over an hour late, when they did finally arrive they complained about how they would now be late to their next appt and that they needed to hurry with my move. They proceeded to drop my couch and tear the leather on it in 13 different spots. When I contacted the company about this, they told me that "damage is to be expected to furniture and/or property itself". Over a month now and nothing has been resolved. I contacted the company's insurance company and despite what their website says, I've been informed they let their insurance policy drop dead back in December. NEVER EVER EVER hire this company!!! Oh and to top it ALL off, they wouldn't leave until they followed me to an ATM for a cash tip!!!May 20, 2016
Loved my movers from Bum Rush! Despite a huge headache dealing with U-Haul and a U-Box order, they were very patient and friendly. The crew was quick and I trusted them with my things. Thank you again!Jul 20, 2015

The arrangements were for the movers to arrive between 9 and 10am. At 9 am they called to say they would arrive at 10. They did not show up. By 11:00 I tried to call them. They did not answer. Their voice mail bos said their mailbox was full, so I could not leave a message. By noon, when I still had not heard from them, I had to have others help. My husband was recovering from sugery and was not supposed to lift heavy weights. He is 69 and I am 67. We managed to load and unload the u haul all by ourselves except for 2 large pieces. The movers finally called at 2pm to tell me they ran out of gas. By that time, we figured we could finish the job as we were about 90% done by then. I told them not to bother coming. It was very stressful. I would not recommend BUM RUSH to anyone. We were able to reverse the charge to our credit card by calling the number given on the confirmation.Jul 25, 2014L. C.'s reply
Our guys tried helping you out but your located in Cle Elum Wa., and that particular crew was driving to you from Olympia, Wa. Have some type of understanding that the distance from Olympia to Cle Elum is far and to top that off management said that you had issues with the travel fee so your order was canceled, and you were properly notified. Hope your husband is feeling better.
