Introduction: My personal and professional experience has given me the opportunity to refine my services and understand a wide variety of client needs and how to most efficiently help people reach their goals. I tend to have a holistic approach to wellness and am passionate about helping people be their best selves and honor that taking care of themselves allows them to also be the best they can in other areas of their lives; family, friends, work and community. Listening to our bodies and knowing when to push and when to rest, and how to balance these, is key to long term well-being! I love working with people to help improve their quality of life, in realistic ways. We will work together to customize your workout plan to fit your lifestyle. I have worked with a diverse population and have become experienced in working with various injuries (past and present) and health conditions that may seem like a limitation, but together we will focus on what CAN be done to continue moving forward! Personal Training

I have been working out for years. Autum creates workouts specific to your needs, goals, and any injuries in mind. The workouts are deceptively simple but extremely effective. My previous trainer had me doing the basic weight lifting. It took a while to see results. I have been working with Autum for 5 weeks and I my muscle tone has come back after a long absence very quickly. Autum focuses very heavily on correct form and consistently reminds you to engage your abdominals and glutes. I have an old shoulder injury, and Autum has really helped me to roll it out and gave me post-workout stretches that help tremendously. I highly recommend Autum as a personal trainer. You will see your results quickly!

I can't say enough good things about Autum. A wonderful person, a kick ass trainer, she is a delight to be around. She listens and shares her knowledge without reserve. She goes above and beyond. If you want, she will work out with you, but you are still the center of attention. She knows how to makes you feel comfortable in your own skin. And laughs at all my stupid jokes. Autum is a fantastic personal fitness trainer. She is very knowledgeable on fitness training, nutrition and wellness, and she tailored a program specifically for my situation and health goals. I quickly saw results and I met all my objectives. I enjoyed my training sessions with Autum, she is professional, positive, friendly and easy to work with, and she truly cares about her clients. I cannot imagine a better personal fitness trainer, and she is a wonderful person. I highly recommend her!

I and my family (two daughters, husband and mom) have had Autum as a Personal Trainer during the last 10 years both in private and group settings. She is a favorite for each of us, from the youngest at 26 to the oldest at 96. She definitely knows how to personalize your training and to be a positive influence in your life. She is current in fitness techniques and has kept us from exercise injuries. She knows how to provide fun and variety in a workout. I have also used her for weight management accountability. She is easy to set goals with and a champion for you when you reach them. Knowledgeable, practical, delightful and a great partner for attaining and maintaining your fitness.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I have low overhead and aim to pass those savings on to my clients! My prices range from $30-60/session, on average. I offer discounts based on weekly training frequency, private partner training, and referrals. I have a detailed "Prices and Services" document that explains all the services I offer and the prices.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I want to help you reach your goals as efficiently and effectively as possible. We'll begin with an initial meeting to discuss what you're looking to accomplish by working with me, where you're currently at, your background, injury history, past experience, etc. I will also do a movement assessment with you, answer questions, and gather all pertinent information to best help me help You!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have my Bachelors in Science with my major in Exercise Science and Wellness, from Bastyr University in 2003. I maintain a certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as an Exercise Physiologist, from 2004-present.
