I've owned a condo in Lakeview for about 9 years, and it's managed by another management company. Our management fees have gone up regularly, and we have been hit with special fees after the "projects". Not to mention, getting issues/concerns dealt was virtually impossible. I just did my taxes and was so grateful for the complete and clear owners reports and end-of-year reports. It makes my life so much easier. I've been a client of T-Square Properties for my rental home for the past 2 years going on 3. They are friendly, highly trained and responsive, literally, I get a response within a business day, phone, email, even texts! They are easy to get a hold of and are specialized by departments: leasing, accounting, maintenance, etc. The leasing team visited my home within a couple days of signing on and made their recommendations and allowed me to do some of the work myself. My home was rented within a few days of being listed and the tenants are taking great care of my home. I know this, because they send me a periodic survey report along with pictures every few months. I know my home is in good hands with T-Square Properties and highly recommend them. In fact, I've referred a couple people and they have been very happy as well!
