Excellent job! This was the first time I had my roof and gutterscleaned and Mike made it all look brand new again! Mike did a great job. He arrived early which was nice for me to get the weekend started, did a good job and guarantee's the work for 90 days. The roof also had a lot more moss than i thought it did and Mike took the time to clean it, of course at an extra charge since it was beyond the scope of the project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want the customer for feel like they are getting value when they hire me. I want them to hire me time and time again.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a few ways to get ahold of me. We have a website where you can fill out a form. We have email that is always a good way to reach me. Phone calls work but I can't always answer but will return the call if a message is left. We also have Facebook page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this line of work for almost 3 years. Before I was working in the cable industry and became very comfortable with heights. I feel confident that I will get the job done the way you want.
