Our recently purchased home in Green Valley with a slanted roof was inspected by RoofSmart as part of our pre-purchase home inspection. A timely roof inspection was conducted by RoofSmart identifying cracked Shylights, exposed nail heads and cuts in the roof membrane. These items was all repaired 3/23/2026 by RoofSmart techs exactly as identified with a Quality Control inspection on 3/24/2026 to verify a quality repair. I was provided with digital photos of my roof repairs with the emailed invoice, the same amount was billed as the original estimate. I recommend RoofSmart for honest, quality, timely roof system repairs.

George was great to work withresponsive, straightforward, and easy to communicate with from the start.We had a somewhat tricky vent pipe issue right at the roofline, and Im really glad we found this team. Two reputable plumbers wanted to handle it by opening walls and ceilings, which felt overly invasive for the scope. Another roofer declined the job altogether. The onsite team, Alex and Joe, on the other hand, understood the situation immediately and were willing to address it properly from the roof.They were thoughtful, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They walked me through their approach, shared in-progress photos, and the final result looks clean and well executed. The lead wrap detail over the new pipe is a nice touch. Pricing was very reasonable.Overall, a very positive experience. Id absolutely call them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is "in the middle." We are often more comprehensive, so sometimes it seems like we cost more. But we're just including what you need so there are fewer surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been a licensed general contractor in Washington & Oregon since 2011. Continuing education required for Oregon license. NOTHING required in Washington to demonstrate competence for us, or any other "licensed" contractor.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad is a builder. He makes castles, I'll fix yours!
