Waterproofing specialists were great to work with. They were timely, both in their responses to my requests and arriving on site to complete the work. They came in under their bid and did a thorough job. I have already recommended them for another project.
I had water infiltrating into my finished basement at my home. They opened up the finished walls, found the problems and fixed them. They also patched the walls back up. Other similar companies I talked to wouldn't touch the drywall. This is one advantage of waterproofing specialists - they take a holistic approach to the project. Their crew was respectful, courteous and knowledgeable.

When we do pricing and there are multiple tasks being priced, the price goes down with more work added.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prepare bid, negotiate purchase order or contract, set start dates, Collect deposits, procure materials, provide a calendar of events around project and execute work orders. Collect balance owed and provide unconditional final release when work is paid for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started this business in 1981. Our team is very well trained, friendly and appealing.
