Good morning. While I’m glad the issue was resolved and the new microwave is working, I was disappointed with the final charge. I initially called to have the old microwave inspected, but since it couldn’t be repaired, I ended up buying a new one. In the end, the labor cost was nearly the same as the price of the new microwave, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. Hi, thank you for your response. I appreciate the time and effort invested, and I understand the value of professional work. My main concern is that, in the end, I paid $530 — almost the same as buying two new microwaves. While I understand that both services took time, I was surprised that the total cost ended up being so high, especially considering that the old microwave couldn't be repaired. Also, the refrigerator repair wasn’t particularly complex, so when I compare it with the price paid, it feels a bit excessive. I hope this feedback helps for future pricing clarity. Thank you again.
