Pricing depends on the type of appliance and the repair required. I always perform a diagnostic first and explain the repair before starting work. My goal is to provide honest service and avoid unnecessary repairs or costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to the customer’s description of the issue. Then I perform a full diagnostic to find the root cause of the problem. After explaining the issue and repair options, I complete the repair and test the appliance to ensure everything works safely and properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work in appliance repair. I specialize in diagnosing and repairing common household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and stovetops. I focus on proper diagnostics, electrical testing, and safe repair procedures.
