The Local Sip / Amores & Sabores did a great job running the bar under difficult circumstances. This was the first time for me hosting a big event, and a lot of the ops on my side weren't figured out, so the Amores & Sabores team had to improvise a lot. If this is your first time hosting & you're doing the cocktail menu yourself, I suggest meeting in person 2 weeks before the event to make sure everything is figured out. Just communicating online won't be enough. I'm looking forward to working with Amores & Sabores in the future!
