- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't believe that cooking is about what new and latest, I believe that its about what you like to cook and how you like to work. Clients will either like you for it or they wont.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I dint decide, it decide for me!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The most resent job I did was a fantastic job, I catered a birthday party for about 30 people and prepared the complete menu from appetizers to a special birthday cake. I was proud of the job i did because they had total trust in me and had me select the all the food on the menu, all the wine selections and they did this without sampling any of the food items. Just the same they loved it all!
