Jon provided a quick response to my wasp issue. He explained the process and type if product he uses; answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He was able to perform the work that same day. And ..he gave his guarantee the wasps won’t come back! Thanks much!!

I had a rodent problem and called Proguard ovef the July 4th holiday and left a message, fully expecting to hear back from them the following day. Not only did Jon call me back within 15 minutes of leaving the message, he took the time to answer all of my questions and educated me on rodents, their tendencies, prevention methods and next steps to fix the problem I was having. He came out the following day - he showed up on time, he was very professional, knowledgeable and proactive in taking all the necessary steps to fix the problem. It was a fantastic experience all around and it was a lesson in how to treat customers when you are running an independently owned business. I would definitely recommend!
