Highly recommend. They did a full furnace install for me 2 days after my old furnace broke. Quick response. Answered all my questions. Great prices and much better experience compared to the larger commercial HVAC businesses.

The two men from Bailey's were very professional, respectful, and friendly. They arrived earlier than expected, and came on a Sunday when I was freezing in my home. They quickly assessed the problem with my furnace in the attic. They told me up front what the cost would be and asked my permission before installing the new part. They were quick and efficient. They explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. I am very grateful that they came on a Sunday, had the part in their truck, and were able to get my furnace back on so quickly. I will definitely recommend Bailey's Heating to anyone who needs help with their furnace. The cost to repair was much less than buying a new furnace. Getting my furnace back on when the temperature outside is below freezing rescued me.

Brandon installed a heat pump, air handler and ducted mini split for me in SeaTac in a 100yr old house I am renovating. His team did a fine job for a good price for me but he didn't finish because my project wasn't at the point where he could put the final touches. Now that I am ready for him to finish he doesn't return my calls or texts and I have been trying for over a month now. Now I have air returns and registers without grills, unfinished return ductwork and overall unsure of my ductwork for my new furnace in a basement I am finishing.
