Brandon installed a heat pump, air handler and ducted mini split for me in SeaTac in a 100yr old house I am renovating. His team did a fine job for a good price for me but he didn't finish because my project wasn't at the point where he could put the final touches. Now that I am ready for him to finish he doesn't return my calls or texts and I have been trying for over a month now. Now I have air returns and registers without grills, unfinished return ductwork and overall unsure of my ductwork for my new furnace in a basement I am finishing.
