Ivan came and replaced a light fixture, mounted a TV, and repaired some spots in our fence. When I asked about fixing some grout, he was honest that it was an easy job that we could do ourselves as to not overcharge us! However he picked up the necessary materials at the hardware store for us which was very considerate. Overall a fast and honest handyman!

Fast and easy scheduling, communicated when he was on his way and arrived on time. Immediately went to work and he accomplished all the scheduled projects quickly and perfectly. He replaced and installed two new dimmable ceiling lamps (the new energy efficient kinds), removing old door handles and installing new different kinds. Installed Philips Smart door security system. Fixed hinge on cabinet door and sanded down a bathroom door to make it fit better. He knows what he is doing. He has good work quality, is kind, cleaned up after himself. Ivan has done a terrific job., all in 2 hours. Thank you. I hope you could still celebrate your birthday in the afternoon, Ivan.
