We couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done by Jeff for our living room remodeling work. Scope of the work involved tearing down living room wall facing to our backyard and install 8 feet by 8 feet sliding door so that we can have a direct entry to our backyard from living room. We just bought this brand new $1M+ home and within four months we decided to tear down living room wall. That’s sounds crazy right? I mean who does that? We were anxious and only wanted to go with contractors who are nothing but the best and experts in their field. After doing lots of research, contacting tons of contractors and sorting through all the bids we decided to go with Jeff which proved to be one of the best decisions in 2020. Jeff takes a real pride in his work and he has his own benchmark about quality and standards that he adheres to. He is very customer obsessed and explains all the nitty gritty involved in the project clearly. He works with full transparency and sets the right expectation from beginning so that there are no surprises. The work started with me signing the scope of work contract and Jeff was meticulous in explaining all the steps involved and coming with right execution plan along with appropriate timelines for the project. We paid 50% advance upfront and remaining after completion of the project. Jeff consistently demonstrated his customer focused approach, passion towards high quality/standards and going above and beyond to exceed customer satisfaction throughout the project execution. He is very easy to talk to and you can discuss with him any suggestions or improvement for the work performed at any stage of the project. He goes extra mile to get extraordinary results which are guaranteed to exceed customer expectations. The secret recipe for his spectacular results is his upmost attention to minute details. What makes it even better is he provides five-year warranty in all the work he does so that you have that piece of mind knowing someone has your back if things go south. Jeff did a great job replacing our wall with a beam. He was responsive, punctual, friendly, and put up with our endless questions! We are very happy with the end result and look forward to staining and finishing the beam ourselves then continuing with the rest of our home remodel. We had a few complications with the project such as a surprise water pipe and some weird electrical wiring. Jeff took them in stride and helped keep us calm during the stressful parts. We plan to hire him again for a other parts of our home remodel that exceed our DIY skills!

Really happy with the work that Jeff and his team did in our condo to turn our studio into a luxurious 1 bedroom. All contractors that we talked to wouldn't work with Bellevue HOAs in a luxury high rise condo except Jeff. He was with us every step of the way guiding us through permitting, sourcing materials, and completing the project end to end.
