I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Right Away Construction. Christopher and his crew recently completed a full roof replacement on my home, and they exceeded my expectations from beginning to end.
I received several estimates before making my decision, and Right Away Construction stood out because their pricing was very competitive without sacrificing quality. Christopher took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. The crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and completed the roof replacement in a very timely manner. Right Away Construction was fantastic! They were very quick to respond and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. What I thought was just a small repair ended up needing a full roof replacement, and thanks to their knowledge and expertise, they identified the real issue right away. They took a lot of detailed photos before, during, and after the work, which made my husband and me feel very comfortable and confident that everything was being done correctly. Contractor called and scheduled to have a team in my area to stop by and provide a quote.....but on the phone asked if I would want them to perform the work that same day which defeats the purpose of getting 3 bids from 3 different companies.
No one ever visited as I worked in my front yard landscaping all day, so basically wasted my time, and yet owner sends me a $1850 price via text. Price is way high, and had no specifics Sq footage or any details, as again no one stopped by to review my driveway and cracks I want repaired.
You know the price is way high, when I said no thanks to their quote, and immediately get a response to provide a lower price that I would accept.

I am very sorry and I do apologize for any inconvenience. This caused you as stated on our phone call. We do offer same day service to accommodate our customers. I did apologize for the mistake. One of my employees made by going to the wrong address. I tried to ask you what is your budget or a price you’d like to fit this project into? I’m sorry that offended you. I told my employee not to disturb you because you said you was having multiple vehicles comeing in and out. I figured you was enjoying some company and I did try to offer you a better price to accommodate the mistake I do apologize. I wish we would’ve had the opportunity to work for you and show our workmanship mistakes do happen as a family owned and operated business. We do apologize I do feel the one star without giving us the opportunity to work for you was a little unfair but God bless you and your family.
