I needed work to installroof gutter guards and two guys came by and provided a quote within 10 minutes! In the end I did not ask them to come for other reasons.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and talk about what the customers are looking for. We make an assessment of the existing roof. Place a bid based on scope of work that is wanted. Then we schedule a critical measure to make sure measurements are accurate. Then we order material and schedule a material drop. Then we schedule the installation . After installation we have a walk through with customer to inspect work. We finalize payment and wish you a great day
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the roofing business for 12 years. Started off as a roofer to now owning our own roofing company.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started working for other companies roofing. We were doing a lot of the work and developed a cohesive working crew. Finally after a few years of working together with the same crew we decided to make our own roofing company . We built it up to three crews and our own vehicles.
