Roberto was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. He came out the same day as submitting the quote which was super reasonable! He was very polite and handed me his business card before coming in as a nice gesture to set me at ease. He even took off his shoes before coming in which was great because I can’t even get my boyfriend to do that! Roberto got to work and quickly found the problem while explaining what he was doing. He was in and out in no time at all and our drain is finally doing its job again. Since Roberto also does electrical, I don’t need to look any further to find a bonafide handyman here in Seattle! Bonus: he even cleaned out our tub before he left! It’s the small things that show you who the true professionals are.
