- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do flate rate pricing for all of our cleanings. There will be no extra charges if we have to come back and fix any areas on our initial cleanings. We offer discounts on monthly, bi-weekly and weekly cleanings. For investors or Airbnb hosts. We do offer bundle discounts for multiple properties for turnovers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do everything over the phone. From asking more detailed questions about the clean to verifying what we can do to make this a great experience for our clients, even the little things matter to us such as noise levels and type of cleaning products we use based on pets or the environment. Everything is completed over one phone call and update through a series of texts/emails to insure we are on our way and have completed the cleaning to your liking. We also take before/after pictures, so if you happen to not be present during the cleaning we can share those with you at the end of our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the sanitation industry for over 10 years now and have loved every minute of it. Our cleaners go through a set of rigorous range of trainings from customer care, home care and cleaning capabilities.
