Chef Cihan made a Christmas meal for my huge family. We still rave about how incredible it was. He made Christmas even more special and memorable. Chef Cihan is precise, detail oriented, hard-working, incredibly talented. His extensive training, including at The French Laundry, shines through. He is also timely and quick in his communication. We will definitely be hiring him again. Highly recommend.

Chef Cihan was fantastic-easy to work with, very responsive and punctual, and friendly. And, the food was really delicious - every single dish was thoughtfully prepared and presented. We had a great dinner party and I would work with Chef again.
