Homecrafters listened to what I wanted and came back with an estimate that specifically listed materials, cost estimate and project schedule for a kitchen remodel. Mike was always punctual and kept us informed of steps in the remodel process. We knew what to expect all along the way which was really great. We appreciated his knowledge of material types and quality and what the range of pricing would be for us. We were so pleased with the end result. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and reasonable. I work by contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk through the project and discuss what they are looking to accomplish. I advise them of what option are available for the project. Once I get all the information of the products and finishes they will be using, I can work out an estimate usually in a day or two and when we can have it done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did an a apprentice program for four years when I started out in 1991. I had Electrical training and acquired Electrical license. Started working in the kitchen and remodel aspects in 1995.
