Introduction
I’ve been a personal trainer for about 8 years now. I specialize in strength training, weight loss and now I help with mobility training. I’ve worked almost with every type of situation. My favorite projects are helping someone lose 200lbs that was on the brink of dying from heart failure. I’ve also helped someone with only one arm find a workout routine. I offer nutrition along with workouts for my programming. I offer 2 types of services, mobile training where I come and train you at your house. Or I am able to train you at a couple locations there’s a gym in Kirkland or Lynwood I can train you at if you’d prefer to meet there. My rates depend on how many times a week you’d like to work. If you’re not sure here’s how I break it down. 3x a week are meant for beginners, at 3x a week you will be doing all the workouts with me, I won’t have you do anything by yourself besides cardio. 2x a week are meat for clients that would like to do most of the work with me but will be expected to do some training on their own. 1x a week is meant for clients that have a good idea on what they are doing but would like to meet once a week to workout a day they struggle with or do not enjoy working out on their own. Billing is done month to month or if you purchase months of training there is a discount. Rates 3x a week are $80 per session ($960monthly) 2x a week are $85 per session ($680 monthly) 1x a week are $90 per session ($360 monthly)

Kevin is the perfect in-home trainer for my mom. He has worked with her through several injuries and ailments, and has been effective at helping restore her strength. He's also good company for mom.

Kevin has been great in helping me on my recomp journey. He's helped give me more confidence in the gym to train properly and push the weight more than I would have on my own. It has also helped me be far more efficient in the gym, targeting the most useful exercises. His background and knowledge are also super helpful when he suggests certain sub-muscle group exercises or stretches to help when a certain exercise causes pain or discomfort.

I trained with Kevin for about 1.5 years from September 2022 to March of 2024. Over this time Kevin taught me a lot about weight training. I started from very basic exercises on machines and gradually went up to more advanced exercises with free weights. Over this time, I became much stronger and better fit overall. Kevin also gave me the initial guidance on what to eat so that I can replenish well after the workouts. Over time, I became independent and was able to do on my own the same routines that Kevin set up for me. I suffered for years with chronic upper back, neck, shoulder area pains. The workout routines helped me get stronger gradually and reduce the pain significantly to bring it to a manageable level. It took a very long time, but I got there eventually with guidance from Kevin. For any new / prospective clients, it is important to remember that working out is only half the work to get stronger or get in better physical shape. The other part is eating well and doing it consistently. That is the hardest part. Without being consistent with food and workout routines, it is near impossible to achieve good results.
