Introduction: I have a full understanding of the needs and concerns a real estate agent is dealing with, as I have been an agent myself. I have an excellent ability to see features in a house that deserve to be accentuated, and those that need to be minimized. I have an eye for optimal staging presentation for the shot, and the optimal angle for the shot. I truly invest the necessary time and care to show the house in it's best possible representation, to impress the sellers of the house and to assure them they have chosen the right agent. Photographing a house usually takes about 3 hours for me. I make sure each room looks its' best and work to find the best angle possible. I think about showing in photos how the house "works", the flow of the home, which rooms adjoin. I have an exceptionally wide angle lens to get as much information about the room in one shot as possible without distortion. I really enjoy working with agents. I enjoy conferring and consulting.

Lauren has done a fantastic job of photographing homes that I have put on the market to sell. I have staged many homes yet, not always with the "eye" for how they will look in a photograph. Lauren works to change the furniture to enhance the picture. Time is money in Real Estate and Lauren returns the photos in a timely matter with a disc to follow. Lauren is sometimes delayed in arriving...but, she always texts so you know what is the change.

Lauren is wonderful to work with! I've used her many times over the years. She's timely and professional. I enjoy working with her as she makes suggestions to better show off a room. Her photos are excellent and she provides them quickly with ready to post downloads. I'll continue to use her for all my listing photos !

I have friends who are very experienced agents, over 20 years experience, and the know that when they are working with me they are working with a professional on their level, who cares as much as they do about a good final product.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Many new photographers see real estate listing photography as easy money and they charge less in order to get work. Most often they disappear within a year as they do not appreciate the necessary time and the work involved, and don't have the experience to be a good consultant.
