Ryan has been working with me for years. His company manages 4 of my rentals.
He's not the first PM I work with, but so far the best. All rents collected are received on the 5th of every month along with detailed reports. Straight-forward finance recording made my tax reporting so easy.
Very responsive. Will recommend! Hire him if you don't wanna mess with rent collection, signing with tenants, and taking phone calls mid-night from the tenants just to take care of the toilet.
