Walking them through the process of selling their home and helping them to get top dollar. Also working with home buyers from beginning to end so there are no unanswered questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuously going to seminars to improve my knowledge in Short Sales, Bank Owned properties and good old straight forward listings and purchases. Also staying educated with local lenders so I can let you know if and when the rates are going to increase. The company I am affiliated with offer all types of additional education classes and I take advantage of them. I must stay on top of what is current to give you the best possible service.
