Originally, we were to have a portion of the roof redone. However, when the workers started pulling off the shingles, they noticed that the shingles were soaking wet, the nails were rusty and the plywood was moldy. We had a total new roof put on 11 years ago, so were surprised at the amount of mold, et, etc. Enrique took pictures of the roof from the outside and inside ... so much mold and damage. Therefore, we had a total new roof installed. They workers worked constantly and did an excellent job of installing the new roof. The only negative statement is that I continually find small pieces of the roofing material around the house. It is no big deal. If I had any concerns, I called Enrique and he got back to me to rectify those concerns. I found him to be extremely helpful in addressing my issues. I highly recommend his company in installing new roofs or repairing parts of roofs. He has a contingent of workers who can do other types of work including, redoing kitchens, constructing new decks ...
