- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please send us a pic of your old fixtures and new ones, and we will reply back to you with the price unless an on-site visit is necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We exchange emails or call, and receive pictures of your project. Then, we will provide you with a price for the project you are working on and set an installation date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to continue our education to maintain a plumbing license. We also attend manufacturer training to be certified installers for particular items. We are especially proud to be listed as a Toto certified installer.
