He explained everything in detail and wrote up a concise work order and the pricing and reviewed it with me before starting and also if anything changed, he updated it. He did a fantastic job removing all the old drains and waste pipe under my house in the crawl space. He removed the old laundry drain, updated it and added a clean out. He rerouted the waste pipe to correct the existing issue (bad prior repair) with back grading which contributed to an 80% occluded pipe so that it was graded correctly. He added a clean out to the main line that wasn't there before, he brought all the connections and pipes up to code (all the prior "repairs" somehow passed my home owner's inspection 9 years ago), took pictures before and after and sent them to me the next day. It was evident that Chris has pride in his work, doesn't cut corners and has the integrity to do the job right ! I was very please with the work he did and HIGHLY recommend his services and his company."See more
