FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We endeavor to keep our prices in the mid market range which is $300/hour for a three person crew. I find that our five to six person crew out performs any market crew of six. Since we bid each task separately we are often able to finish the work more quickly and get twice the work done in a shorter day. With more bodies on site and wearing Sena Mesh technology communications we breeze through the day safely. The social interactions make the work even fun. You will find no yelling, screaming or drama with us only smiles and laughter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have taken the use of zip lines/speed lines beyond the simple occasional use to a comprehensive system of control which allows us to work in any weather conditions in tight quarters. We have created 12 zip line techniques used for specific situations. Check it out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our single 6 person crew has 60,000 to 70,000 combined hours working on and in trees. That is 80 years of combined experience! You don’t pick up what we know overnight.
